Prayer Walking

Over the last two years a team coordinated by the Prayer Centre has been visiting and praying around all the churches and parishes of Eastbourne.

Coordinator, Linda Owen, comments: "We have focused on the passage from Numbers 6:22-27 which begins, 'The Lord bless you and keep you'."

There are more than 60 churches in the town and the idea is to walk and pray God's blessing on people and places.

Linda continues: "It has been great fun and really encouraging to meet with other Christians and form new relationships. We have seen many answers to prayer! We are now beginning to visit schools and pray for staff and children."
