Creation Conference 2009

The evolution theory is arguably the biggest single obstacle for people in getting to know God, the church and the Bible. The theory is presented as fact in schools and in the media, and this has resulted in many people assuming that the Bible cannot be trusted as it teaches that the earth was created some 6,000 years ago.

However, there are thousands of people, including hundreds of scientists, who know that evolution is no more than an unproven theory, and that the evidence against it is mounting.

The 2009 Creation Conference aims to give those who attend a clear idea of the issues, while allowing them to judge for themselves. It is open to all, but may be specially relevant for parents, teachers, youth leaders and students.

The conference is being held from 10.00am-5.00pm on Saturday 14 March at Elim Family Centre, Hartfield Road, Eastbourne, BN21 2AD.
