Eastbourne Brings Hope

Eastbourne will help bring hope to the church throughout the UK as the host town for five major conferences in 2009.

The well established Mission: Worship conference continues to draw up to 1,500 people each year. Children's Ministry draws delegates from as many as 15 nations, and has helped spark conferences throughout Europe. The new conference on the block is Radiant, the women's conference, which is expected to see 1000+ women gathering in September 2009.

One of the first Christian conferences to use the town was Brainstormers. It's successor, The Youthwork Conference is set to return again in November. Making its debut this year will be Bible By The Beach. This locally planned gathering, which shares the ethos of the nationally known Word Alive conference, is set to attract families and churches to the town from 1-4 May 2009.
